STC is one of the key Manufacturer & Exporters of Cast Iron, Ductile Iron & Fabricated Items situated in Kolkata , West Bengal.STC has been exporting diverse range of Iron Castings such as Automotive Castings, Industrial Castings, Railway Castings and Infrastructural Castings & Fabricated Items.

STC has a installed capacity of 15,000 MT of Grey Iron and 5,000 MT of Ductile Iron Castings and 2,000 MT of Steel Fabrication Castings ,Quality, Economical Costs, Timely Delivery & Services are the four pillars on which STC is based on.

 

Our wide clientele includes Public Works Department, Electricity Departments, Telecommunication Departments; Government funded Infrastructure Development projects, Defense Housing projects, Airports. STC has its presence in Middle Eastern , African & European Countries and has cater their needs with its quality castings.

OUR MANUFACTURING UNITS –

CAST IRON UNIT

Having a covered area of 1,10,000 Sq ft spread over 1,85,000 Sq Fts , Our Cast iron Unit is equipped with Two Cupolas with a capacity of producing 1,500 Metric Tons per month .

The Unit has a workforce of 500 workers .

Our Plant is well equipped with Sand Plant , Load Test Machine , a Mold Shop .

The Plant also features a Self Loading Bay to Load the materials in the Containers.

DUCTILE IRON UNIT

Having a covered area of 65000 Sq ft spread over 85000 Sq ft , This Foundry features two Induction Furnace having a capacity of producing 1000 Metric Tons per month .

The Plant has a workforce of 350 Workers

Equipped with Sand Plant , Load Test Machine , Chemical Laboratory and a Mold Shop ,
